Enrolment
Ardross Primary School welcomes enrolment for all students living in our local intake area.
If you would like to apply for enrolment at our school, please complete the Application for Enrolment form and return it to our Front Office team in person, or by email - ardross.ps@education.wa.edu.au.
When applying for enrolment, you will also need to supply copies of the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Visa Documents (if applicable)
- Proof of Address
- Immunisation Records
- Court Orders (if applicable)
- Details of any disability or medical conditions.
